Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us at support@rockaylapets.com to start a return.

What if my item arrived damaged?

Please email us at support@rockaylapets.com with a photo of the damage and we'll make it right immediately.

Are your products safe for senior dogs?

Yes! Many of our products are specifically chosen with senior dogs in mind, including slow feeders, lick mats, and cooling mats.

Do you carry products for cats too?
