Can I change or cancel my order?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Please contact us at support@rockaylapets.com to initiate a return.

What if my item arrived damaged or defective?

We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at support@rockaylapets.com with a photo of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Our products are sourced from trusted suppliers. Our Sweet Potato Bones are made in the USA from 100% American-grown sweet potatoes. Product origin details are listed on each product page.
